This excludes any bespoke products. There is a 20% restocking fee which would be deducted from the credit for the goods. If a collection is also required, it would be charged at the same rate as the delivery. If there are any issues with your order, for example transport damage or anything is incorrect, please contact us so that we can resolve that for you.
